Delivery times

As our deliveries are subject to stock availability, the estimated delivery time of each item is available on the respective product page below the 'Add to basket' button. The standard delivery time for in-stock items is 3 – 6 working days. For accurate information, please always check the product pages before placing an order.

 

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email including a tracking link for real-time updates on your parcel's location. Alternatively, you can track your order through our delivery status page.

 

Next day delivery

Kindly note that we do not provide next-day delivery services.

 

Carbon neutral delivery

We work with the shipping provider DPD who commits to a carbon-neutral delivery - without additional costs for the customer. You can find more information about carbon-neutral delivery with DPD here.

The strike-through prices correspond to the manufacturer's RRP. All prices include 23% VAT, delivery costs excluded.

Included in the price of LED lights/bulbs is a contribution to recycling costs of €0.05. Included in the price of CFLs/fluorescent bulbs is a contribution to recycling costs of €0.15.
