A Meisterwerke by Verner Panton - Reflect table lamp The Reflect table lamp is a designer lighting element sketched by Verner Panton, produced and brought to life by VERPAN. With Reflect, Panton harmonises a straightforward style with ingenuity and an understanding of the perfect manipulation of light. With the Reflect table lamp, Panton succeeds in manipulating light to create a desired environment and mood. The tubular base, into which the bulb is inserted, emits the light upwards and shines onto an angled disc, the underside of which is white. The base is also kept white on the Innes to ensure optimum light diffusion. The result is a clear yet diffuse light that creates great Akzent in the room. The simple and straightforward design is emphasised by the choice of colour and blends in well with the interior. Verner Panton was born on Funen in 1926 and died in Copenhagen in 1998. He was considered a style-defining designer in the 1960s and was known for his preference for plastic and bold colours. However, Panton also drew his inspiration from Nature and expressed this in some of his works. Today, the Danish company VERPAN produces Verner Panton's works and provides them with a certificate of authenticity and the designer's engraved signature.
