The enchanting Hanami Ceiling/Wall designer light for stylish lighting

Whether on the ceiling or the wall – the elegant Hanami designer light looks stunning anywhere and can be used as both a ceiling light and a wall light. Designed by Adriano Rachele, it captivates with its hand-pleated Lentiflex® petals and enchants with unique lighting effects. Lentiflex®, a technopolymer developed and patented by Slamp, changes colour depending on the viewing point and angle. In this way, the prism-like surface creates the most iridescent shades. The elegant design allows the light to be used in private, public and hospitality settings, providing stylish lighting in restaurants, hotels, galleries and museums. At the same time, it serves as a decorative interior element that adds a touch of elegance to any room with its luxurious flair.

Designer Adriano Rachele has been working in Slamp’s ‘Research & Development’ department since graduating in product design in 2007. He was awarded the Red Dot Design Award in 2012 for the design of the Veli ceiling light. In his view, design must radiate poetry and emotion and convey a message that goes beyond form. He realises this concept through soft and curvy shapes, which on the one hand emphasise the brand’s uniqueness and on the other hand highlight the craftsmanship involved.

Slamp is an Italian manufacturer of designer lights and was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani. The company is characterised by its use of exclusive and proprietary patented materials. These technopolymers are treated to be antistatic, extremely robust and, at the same time, remarkably lightweight.
