Bhutan wall light with extendable arms

Crafted from sturdy bamboo, this wall light impresses not only with its natural look but also with its functionality. Two bamboo arms form the frame; they can be adjusted using joints and are mounted on an angular wall mount, which also features a handy switch for operation. Bamboo is a fast-growing plant that regrows repeatedly after being cut, without the need for new seeds. Furthermore, bamboo produces a great deal of oxygen.

The two lampshades, which hang from a black textile cable at the end of the arm, are also made of bamboo. A narrow, tall lampshade and a cylindrical, wide lampshade create a layered effect and are harmoniously stacked one on top of the other. They are woven from both natural-coloured and black bamboo, creating an intriguing pattern. Light can escape through the gaps into the surrounding space, where it creates an atmospheric glow and bathes the room in a cosy ambience.
