Atmospheric ‘Bali’ ceiling light made from woven bamboo

Exceptionally sturdy, highly flexible and fast-growing are just three characteristics of this sustainable material, bamboo. Bamboo regrows continuously, even when cut regularly, so there is no need to replant it. Furthermore, it produces more oxygen than trees. That is why the Dutch lighting manufacturer IT'S ABOUT ROMI chose this material when designing the Bali ceiling light.

The lampshade is made entirely of bamboo and has retained its natural colour. It is round in shape and woven, creating an attractive woven pattern with subtle gaps through which the light enters the room. This creates an atmospheric interplay of light and shadow, fostering a very cosy and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, a small, round opening is set into the base of the lampshade, through which the light shines directly and the bulb becomes visible. To enhance the decorative effect, it is therefore advisable to choose a filament bulb.

Bali is part of the sustainable Good & Mojo range from IT'S ABOUT ROMI.
