Designer table lamp Rituals provides cosy lighting accents When switched off, the Rituals table lamp is an appealing decorative object reminiscent of an abstract work of art. As soon as the light is switched on, it bathes the room in a warm, diffuse light, creating a cosy atmosphere. The satinised glass shade, whose surface is covered with fine, horizontal grooves, is responsible for the soft light. The irregular structure is reminiscent of Japanese paper lanterns and creates different nuances of light. The lampshade rests on a metal frame, which has a rather simple design and therefore does not distract from the perfectly shaped shade. The designers behind the Rituals light are Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, who created it for the brand manufacturer Foscarini. Rituals once again epitomises the excellent quality and sophisticated designs of the brand, which is based on the Venetian island of Murano. The lampshade with its delicate lamellar structure is made of mouth-blown glass and is the result of experienced craftsmanship.
