The Filo decorative table lamp has an unusual design
The Filo table lamp is composed of various elements and materials, and its unusual design makes it a real eye-catcher in the living area. The lamp’s frame is made of metal and serves as a holder for the cable, which is fitted with a coloured fabric sheath. The decorative glass elements are handblown, hand-shaped and hand-finished. This interesting combination of components is rounded off by the conical lampshade, which surrounds the bulb and is made of porcelain. The table lamp is switched on and off using the switch integrated into the cable.
Filo is suitable for use in the living room or hallway, for example. Thanks to its versatile design options, the table lamp blends seamlessly into a variety of living spaces. The warm light is gently diffused towards the floor by the white lampshade, creating a cosy atmosphere. The table lamp was designed by the Italian designer Andrea Anastasio. His aim was to showcase the individual components of a light whilst emphasising their technical and aesthetic qualities. Furthermore, he sought to give greater significance to the decorative aspect by incorporating glass elements that are not typically associated with lights.
