The distinctive Filo floor lamp with a fabric cable and glass elements
The Filo floor lamp consists of a slender metal frame, which features brackets at the top and bottom to hold the fabric cable. The two decorative elements, made from handblown and hand-shaped glass, lend it a unique look. The conical lampshade is made of porcelain and directs the warm light downwards. The diffused and subtle room lighting creates a cosy atmosphere. The floor lamp is ideal for use in the living room or hallway, for example. Thanks to its various design and colour options, it blends seamlessly into a range of living spaces. The on/off switch is located on the fabric cable.
The Filo series of lights was designed by the Italian designer Andrea Anastasio. His aim was to highlight the individual components of a light and showcase them. It was also important to Anastasio to emphasise the aesthetic and technical characteristics of the table lamp. The decorative glass elements were intended to play a special role in this regard. All the components and materials of the floor lamp interact with one another, giving Filo its extraordinary design, which makes the light an eye-catcher in any living space.
